The house is along the sea front, opposite a quiet beach.

The price includes the weekly house, bin, and window cleaners, cleaning items, toilet paper, full kitchen items, super fast broadband and all bills. Also includes current increase of gas from 140 to 1000 a month. That’s without the super hike in April

Street parking is on both sides of the road outside the house.

Everyone has their own fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard (not shared) which is good for vegetarians.

We welcome long, and short term lodgers. Introverts and extroverts, as the house is so big, over 3/4 floors, you cant invade anyone's space.

This is a quiet household as everyone works different shifts. Head phones are a must between 10pm and 7 am.

If you cant quite manage the rents up front, a payment plan can be arranged between us.

We are friendly in communal areas. No one will disturb you once in your. room.

10 min walk 2 town, train, leisure centre, pool, supermarkets, pub, lake/sea fishing coastal walks/cycling, bus stop down the road.

All rooms have door locks, unlimited super fast fibre WiFi table and chairs, fully furnished, with fitted mirror wardrobes, all bedding if needed TV, kettle, electric blanket. Some rooms have music speakers, fridge/freezer, kettle or microwaves.

The house is a licence HMO. Which means i have the necessary fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors, certificates, and ever other certificate etc, and is well managed.

Government id required, agreements to sign, and receipts given, or bank trf.

Pets are allowed, but no dogs, mice, rats, cats as some people are allergic or scared of the above. Fish tank suitable or reptiles.
