Tenants will have use of 20 ft by 30 ft lounge with 46 inch tv and bathroom with bath and shower exclusively for the use of the 2 rooms. We have a fully equipped gym which tenants also have use of.
Parking for up to 2 cars on own private drive and bus stop outside the property direct to Eltham station, from there the journey to London Bridge is 20 minutes.
Bus stop outside also goes directly to the O2 arena at North Greenwich
Please note we are very close to Avery Hill Campus for any students that attend there.
Current lodgers - 1 girl ( student from Avery Hill campus)
We are a very friendly family home with children aged 13 and 15 years.
Bills are payable every 3 months, share of gas and electric (approx £30 pm in summer £50 per month winter)
We do not accept Housing Benefit.
