We have a spacious double-bedroom to let in our home - in a quiet area of Slade Green.

Present Flatmates - mother and daughter - well-educated and well-behaved. We are a very peaceful family.

Needed - a professional female who is of excellent character - no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no very loud music and no violence. Able to pay rent regularly and be an excellent tenant. Trouble makers please keep away.

Rent - Single female - as described above - £105. 00 per week, that is, £455 per calender month, includes electricity, gas, water and internet access bills. Telephone and Council Tax NOT included.

For shortlets - single female - £150. 00 per week inclusive of bills as specified above.

For couples - 3 months minimum stay or 6 months maximum stay: £156. 00 per week, that is: £676. 00 per calender month - inclusive of bills as specified above.
