Single Room with lots of storage in Friendly House

This is a recent renovation of a mid terrace 3 Bedroom House. New Kitchen and Bathrooms were all installed. Kitchen includes new large drum washing machine, tall fridge and tall separate freezer in cloakroom under the stairs. So there is plenty of room for chilled and frozen food, as well as your own cupboard space. Kitchen has a double oven (1 year old and very good) as well as a 5 ring gas hob with wok ring. The Kitchen is very large and spacious, with a country style table that seats 8 in the kitchen. The kitchen and conservatory are open plan.

The Conservatory also has a large 8 seater dining table and large TV (great for breakfast time!), it flows into a small garden out the back of the house with lots of flowers and plants ( i do like a bit of gardening), and there is a large open area out the front of the house surrounded by trees and grass.

It is a very quiet area, private/safe off road parking & very friendly neighbours.

Shed/garden area for keeping Bikes etc. All Bills Inc. in the rental price. Use of Internet and kitchen equipment all included as well.

Current live in landlord is me, Camilla.. i'm a friendly professional female, 29 years old, very easy going. I do have a very friendly English Springer Spaniel dog called Ollie, he is very soppy and loves fuss. Always a friendly face when you come home from work :-)

I am looking for a friendly, sociable & tidy housemate to occupy a Single Furnished Room.

It also has a large chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, bedside cabinet, more storage space under the bed. A nice rug in the middle of the room and black out curtains (big window and lots of light during the daytime). It is nicely decorated and homely, but I am very happy for you to make it your own with your own furniture/furnishings; or repaint/change curtains etc if you do so wish.

The house has close links to M20, M2, and Train Stations (Snodland train station is a 3 minute walk away) all of which go directly to London and the Coast, so if you don't drive it is still easy to get around using public transport.

It is close to lots of local amenities as well. There is a high street not even a 5 minute walk away that has: supermarket, bank, post office, pet shop, hairdressers/barbers/beauty salons, chemist, charity shops, solicitors etc. There are also local pubs x 4, and a variety of take away shops including, Kebab, Fish & Chip Shop, Indian and Chinese.

The house is very clean, tidy and fresh smelling (it does not smell of dog at all, so no need to worry about that). I also have a couple of fish tanks.
