We have 1 single/double room for rent within a 4-bed house. The property is a lovely semi detached house in a quiet neighbourhood. It has just gone through a complete refurbishment. The property comprises of a large kitchen, dining room, a stylish lounge, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Fresh and clean decor throughout. It also benefits from a rear garden with BBQ facilities, and Wi-Fi broadband.

Off-street, and street parking is available. There are regular buses within walking distance. Train stations into London also near, as too is Rochester town center.
