Double room to rent in Tonbridge

The room to rent is a good sized double, but only for single occupancy. The house would be for sharing with two others - both professionals. Not fussed about sex, colour, sexuality or anything else of potential new sharer, just who they are and what they are like! They are clean and tidy and keep the house as such, and also have a cleaner who comes in. The house has wireless broadband, cable and all the usual bits you'd expect for a comfortable life (washer/dryer, hot water on tap, microwave, wood burner, huge fridge freezer, storage, cleaner etc etc) and is nicely presented. Neither of the current tenants are smokers but it's ok to smoke outside, not inside though. They are both sociable although respectful of other people wanting their space. Shared 'communal rooms' and it really is a shared house - come and go as you please and keep it nice and everyone will be happy!
In a really good road in South Tonbridge - quiet, but close to town and station etc.
