We have a double room to let in detached house in the South of Tonbridge. We are less than 10 minutes walk from the high street & main line station. We are 1 minute from A21 & 10 minutes from M25. There is also a bus stop at the end of our road. There is shared use of separate bathroom / toilet and a separate furnished living room with TV / Freeview. There is a large garden / patio to share and also free on street parking available. The shared kitchen has all the usual facilities including dishwasher & washing machine. Broadband. The rent includes all bills apart from food, washing & cleaning We ask that you keep the room tidy and share with the cleaning of the bathroom. We have two Whippet dogs who are friendly & gentle. We would prefer a non smoker but if you smoke then we would ask that you do it outside.
