Good sized room with a terrific view.

The property is a 3 bed-roomed detached house with a modern bathroom and large kitchen.
I am looking for someone who will fit in with our quiet lifestyle and not make too much of an impact. Both of us are very easygoing but also keep ourselves to ourselves so there is no party atmosphere. The room would suit a commuter (the house is a 10 minute walk from the rail station) or a mature student at the local college. This presently has a double bed in it but a single can be supplied if you prefer. Miscellaneous other furniture available for the room.
I am not sure a youngster would fit in but if you want to come and have a look anyway, do so by all means.
