We have an Ensuite double room available in central Tunbridge Wells house for £455pcm.

We are looking for a new lodger to sublet a room in our house in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. The house consists of three bedrooms all ensuite, each on own floor with a communal lounge and shared kitchen. The vacant room is unfurnished and has its own ensuite shower room, corridor, built-in wardrobe and use of extra box room for storage use.

The large shared kitchen consists of modern appliances and washing machine. Large lounge has underfloor heating and doors to a courtyard.

Monthly cost is £455 per month, this includes council tax, broadband and tv licence. Utility bills are not included but are paid every quarter (3 months) on an average of £100 per person. There is a deposit of £225. Room is available from now. It's sadly no pets, non smoking and no dss. There is no parking however permit parking is available.
