I’m happy and relaxed and like to keep a clean and tidy household. I like to chill out most evenings watching TV or Films and happy to entertain conversation and hopefully a few laughs along the way. I’m currently looking to rent out my newly decorated spare double bedroom. The bedroom offers a fitted double mirrored wardrobe with excellent storage, new double bed and bedside table and TV/DVD if required.

The rest of the house is nicely presented and clean and tidy, it offers communal use of the lounge, kitchen and bathroom complete with dishwasher, washing machine and broadband. Also includes driveway parking and well kept rear garden ideal for relaxing outside in the summer. Rent is £400 per calendar month including all bills.

The house is situated in Rusthall on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells Town Centre about 2 miles away. A Link up bus runs to Tunbridge Wells Town and the Train Station every 12 minutes. Rusthall also offers its own general stores, library and food take-away and lots more.
