Fantastic, comfortable double room to rent in sociable house. I am moving out as I need to relocate for work, so we are looking for a person to complete this friendly house share.
The room is really good value, as it's fully furnished and rent includes all bills. There is an allocated parking space, large kitchen, homely sitting room (complete with freeview TV, DVD player and broadband), large bathroom, plus an additional loo. We've also got a garden, which is great for BBQs in the summer. Great pubs a stone's throw away, and the centre of town and station are only a 10 minute walk away.

£300 per month, plus whatever bills

Initial cost will be £87 contract fee with Doorknobs agency and £48 reference cost.
