Small double room for rent, Tunbridge Wells centre

I am a live-out landlady and have one fully furnished small double room to rent within a three bedroom property (plus attic) which is near to Camden Road in Tunbridge Wells (town centre).

Currently there are 3 females and 1 male in the house. The male housemate is moving out to move in with his partner. This would suit either male or a female and someone who is looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay for a couple of months. The existing housemates work weekdays in professional jobs. The house is tidy but not obsessively so. Everyone contributes towards cleaning. The house is non smoking so a non smoker would be preferred. The tenants are sociable and sometimes friends stay over at the weekend but it tends to be quieter during the week. It would suit someone in their late twenties/thirties who enjoys socialising but is not a party animal and is able to be respectful.

Would prefer a professional person but definitely someone who is working. No one who works from home please. Would prefer someone who is not unclean or messy. Strictly no couples and no pets.

The room is £520 PCM and is available from 16/07/18. The house is a 5 minute walk from town and a 10 minute walk to the station. This price includes all bills and Internet. I would be asking for one months rent in advance as a deposit.

There is a big shared bathroom with separate shower but also a toilet/sink on the upstairs floor. There is a shared lounge and a large kitchen/diner. There is a small patio garden which is great for having BBQ's. The furnishings in the bedroom include a double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet.

We are in the centre of town but there is a permit available for the person who moves in if they want to apply (costs £80) for parking.
