The flat is on the top/second floor of an old house that's been converted. It's centrally heated, double glazed and full of character (which means old, but clean!). It's set back from the road so is peaceful.
The flat comprises 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom with new shower, bath, sink and toilet and a separate toilet. The living room and kitchen/diner are very spacious, and it's a friendly place to live.

Parking space available on the drive way and 5 minutes walk to High Brooms train station, or 15 minutes walk to the town centre, as well as easy access to local bus routes as a bus stop is just opposite the flat.
