I currently have a double room to rent with your own private bathroom. Whilst this is not en-suite, you would be the only one using it.
The flat is on the ground floor in a modern building, with access to the garden and patio. It is a short 5 minute walk into town and 10 minutes to the train station.
The room itself is unfurnished, but is very light and in mint condition.
I am 27 and work in Tunbridge Wells; I also play football at weekends, so I am rarely about too much. I always have the flat spotlessly clean and well kept.
The flat comes with Sky Plus HD and all the extra, as well as Sky Broadband.
I am ideally looking for a female / male professional to move in.
