This large, nicely decorated house is in a quiet residential area with plenty of free parking on the road. It is in a great location being 10 minutes walk from Sainsburys and 15 minutes from the Pantiles. The bedroom and communal areas are fully furnished to a high standard.

The house covers 3 floors with the generous communal space covering the whole of the ground floor. The separate lounge is very homely with sofas, coffee table and a 32" television with inbuilt Freeview and DVD player. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with modern appliances: a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave, two fridge/freezers and ample cupboard and storage space. The dining area leads out onto the decking and huge garden through the patio doors.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with an ottoman storage bed and high quality mattress, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. Your bathroom is shared with just one other person.

Included in your rent is superfast broadband. This has been recently upgraded to a Mesh network which eradicates black spots while also maintaining a much higher level of throughput than a single router can maintain.

All bills plus gardener and fortnightly cleaning of communal areas are also included in your rent.

This house would suit a young professional who likes to have a balance of their own space and time spent relaxing with other people, and is considerate of others and always cleans up after themselves. The other housemates are all friendly, respectful, clean and tidy young professionals in their 20s and 30s working in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding towns.

A bit about your landlady: I lived in shared houses for 18 years so I understand what you're looking for as a sharer. I manage the property myself (I don't use any agents) and I care that you have a comfortable, safe and restful home to live in. All urgent maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and I make sure your needs are accommodated in a professional and reliable way.

Apologies but no DSS, couples or pets. I don't charge any check in or check out fees.
