I have one spacious double room for rent in a stunning new build semi-detached house. The house has an open plan living room/diner which opens out onto a private patio and garden. The kitchen is high spec with gas hobs and a large fridge freezer and two ovens. The bedroom is a very good size with ample storage; there is shared use of one brand new bathroom.

Along with the large LED TV on the wall in the living room there is high speed broadband in the house.

There is parking available on the development a 1 minute walk away from the house.

A fortnightly cleaner is included in the monthly rent, as well as council tax, service charge, water, electric, gas and BROADBAND for £625. There will be a rent increase for couples to cover extra bills.

I am looking for a sociable young professional to move into this great house any time between 20th October and beginning of November. Housemates who are considerate, clean and respectful of others and property is a must, as is wanting to sometimes have sociable house nights in with wine over dinner!
