Pleasant accomodation

Hi. I have three single rooms and a double available. All pleasantly decorated or can be re done to suit. I am looking for people that are outgoing, fun and not boring. i work long hours and have a couple of days of a week. i would expect my house to be used as your house and all chores be shared, your rent includes most bills except food !!!! the down side is a shared bathroom but im sure with with a bit of patience this could be workable. My kids, all quite young but equally amazing will stay with me once or twice a week but they are great and easy. the patio is great and gets loads of sun and there is room for bbqs and gatherings. All i expect is respect for everyone else in the house. smoking is allowed outside only, i dont mind students and or those working, *a work reference will be required. male female straight or gay makes no difference to me and likewise must make no difference to anyone else here, This will allow me to see my kids in a place that is comfotable for them without turning the rest of there lives upside down. i expect honesty and integrity at all times and respect is a must.. Turn my home into yours .
