All bills are included, with broadband and Virgin Tivo in our huge livingroom with 42 inch TV and corner sofa and dining table. As well as 150 meg broadband and Virgin TV box in your room.

We have a huge drive outside the house and off-road parking. The house is set beside a small woods beside two other dwellings. Very peaceful with a garden full of wildlife.

The house is fully furnished with use of all white goods, including washing machine and dishwasher.

There's a master bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs.

There's even a conservatory which we hope to use for a summer BBQ!

Local amenities include a C-op supermarket, petrol station and takeaways - all 5 minutes walking distance. There's also good bus connections to Chatham and Bluewater - bus stop opposite the house.
