I have a double room in pleasant area of ASHFORD coming vacant in my 3 bed house at beginning of May. Near J10 of M20, 10 minutes walk from WH hospital. House is modern and well equipped; lounge, dining room, garden room, kitchen with dwasher etc, shared bathroom with power-shower, downstairs wc. Garden. Bedroom is spacious with double bed, chest etc and large walk-in wardrobe. There is also a small bedroom with storage space could be negotiated. My mother is the landlord but lives elsewhere. I am a police officer in the Met. I like skiing, jet skiing, films, the pub, and am generally laid back.
Room is available for single or double occupancy. RENT IS INCLUSIVE of service bills: £425. 00 or £650. 00
Deposit of 1 month's rent required.

This is a house share and housework and general chores are shared. I am not overly fussy but I like the house to be "lived-in" but CLEAN. I work shifts, commuting to London, and want flatmates who are considerate, sociable, clean and honest.
