I am looking for someone to move into my flat asap. I have just finished decorating the room that is up for rent.

The bathroom is brand new with huge walk in power shower.

The kitchen is only a few years old and is fully kitted out for the avid cook.

Communal living space is very comfortable and there are wooden/laminate floors throughout. Kitchen is tiled.

The rooms are large and come fully furnished.

Internet access and all bills are included in the price, internet is 30mb broadband.
