A spacious, fully furnished room with a double bed, bedside chest of drawers, a desk and chair. We are quiet people who keep the noise down after 11pm and like to keep the kitchen/bathroom tidy and clean so this flat would suit a similar person.

The room is available from 15/08/20 and would suit a student/young professional well.

Located in Dennistoun, just off Alexandra Parade - 20 min walk to University of Strathclyde and town centre, regular buses, 5 min walk to Belgrove & Alexandra Park train stations, Co-op & Lidl both 5 mins walk and Tesco is 10 mins walk.

Large communal garden at rear, smaller private garden at front. Fully furnished bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Sharing with two men - friendly, clean & quiet, who enjoy TV/Films/Playing games most nights with occasional alcohol drinking.

I am currently offering a 6 month lease with 1 month notice, this could be made longer but please give me a call if you have any questions and we can discuss a term tailored to you.

Rent for a single person is £430 per month which includes all bills (Gas & electric, usenet, Netflix, Amazon Prime Delivery and super-fast 400mbps fibre broadband). The deposit is also £430, so the first payment will be £860 up front, £430 a month after that. The rent INCLUDES Council Tax. You will receive the full deposit back at the end of the lease as long as no cleaning or repair is required.
