My name is Carlos, I've just finished an Msc in Glasgow uni, and am looking forward to finding a new flatmate as my previous one is leaving on october 10. I will stay on the flat till December as my graduation is coming.
Both landlords are extremely friendly and do try to help you with everyhting (I've been with them for a full year), knowing that they live just two blocks away from the property also helps. In my case they have been like an extension of my family, which helps if you are foreign.
The flat has an iceland and a co-op just across the street, and it also has loads of superb coffee shops.
It is within walking distance to Strathclyde uni and city centre, but buses and trains also depart on a regular basis.
The flat is ideal for a student or a young professional.
