Hello! Cosy and quirky flat available.

Top floor flat in the up and coming peoples Republic of Dennistoun. A short walk into the city centre and great transport links to and fro (bus stop 2 mins walk from flat and Bellgrove train station 10 minutes, Alexandra parade station Is 5 minutes walk). The flat is comfortable, bright and has the characteristics of the old tenement building charm. Living room is nice and spacious and looks out onto the quiet Craigpark Drive, bathroom is bath and shower and is a good size, both bedrooms are double rooms kitchen has oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge full of wine. The room for rent is furnished apart from a bed frame, so you would need to bring a bed frame for your room otherwise it's furnished particularly with a large narnia wardrobe....There is also a large cupboard in the hallway for storage. Garden outside which is small and charming. Ideally I am looking for someone or a couple to come in who is/are creative, artistic, love a good movie, enjoy books and music, philosophical chats. Like cats as there is a small black and white one who lives in the house. Enjoy a party but no tvs out the window please. I work hard and I would say I'm really chilled out but someone who can simply clean up after themselves would be a real bonus. This is a great area to live and all the people In the close are really friendly so it's nice to keep that dynamic going :-). Any other questions just ask, its best to get me on my mobile.
