Great location flat available Jan 2017

Hi!

I will have a double bedroom flat available from end of January 2017. Might seem premature but I want to get this tied up quickly.

My old flatmate will be leaving the flat then, so room will not be available till then.

The flat is fully furnished and is in a great location, being 15 mins walk to both City Centre and Glasgow Uni, as well as 5 min walk to St Georges Cross subway station. The flat has 2 double bedrooms.

The room for rent is a double room with built in mirrored wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a desk if required. The bed is also supplied, which is very comfortable.

The flat has a decent sized kitchen with gas supplied hobs and fan oven, a fridge freezer, washing machine that doubles as dryer and plenty cupboard space. Currently the main hallway cupboard is used for additional food space and storing hoover/iron/drying rack.

There will be a shared living room with a decent sized TV and TiVo Virgin Media. Broadband is also 100mbps with Virgin so should be plenty to allow you to stream HD. The close is very quiet with decent neighbours and also has a shared communal back garden, which is nice when the sun's out! Around us, there is a lidl and iceland a stones throw away as well as a Tesco Express about 3 min walk away.

The price includes all bills - Electiricty/Gas, Virgin Media (phone/TV/Broadband), Council Tax, Rent, TV Licence as well as contents insurance which I'd get your name added to.

I am a 24 year guy, who works full time Mon-Fri 9-5:30. Would be good to have someone similar! I am 50:50 social/home buddy; i love to go out but i also like staying in being cosy too. I am gay, so if that's an issue, best not write in! I don't have a preference to a guy or girl though it would be nice to get to know more guys regardless of orientation. I am a good flatmate, generally tidying as i go and I'd expect similar, and a fair share of cleaning tasks such as windows/floors to be split evenly. Not really looking for students as that would mean i would have to pay all council tax myself. I also own a cineworld card (as well as meerkat code!) so love getting along to see most films when i can. Recently passed my driving test as well so have a car handy - if you drive, there is resedential parking outside the property.
