My husband and I are looking to rent out a room in our four bedroom house. Will have access to shared living room and kitchen. There is a downstairs toilet and two bathrooms upstairs, so could have access to own bathroom within reason. Have 3 dogs who are loving and friendly but not everyone's cup of tea. They have there own room and are not allowed upstairs in the house. Willing to let out for short or longer period of time depending on your circumstances.
