2 rooms available immediately as my flatmate and I are fmoving from Glasgow. You would be taking the end of my tenancy, and there is scope for taking the tenancy should the agency approve. The flat itself is a lovely space with a huge bright living room, great sized kitchen, bathroom and garden. The furnishings are basic and this is reflected in the price. We rented it unfurnished but will leave what we have brought to the flat, which includes a dining table and four chairs, a sofa, one bed, 2 wardrobes and a large desk.

This flat is very centrally located, just five minutes from kinning park subway, a few more to the Clyde river and half an hour walk into town. It is ideally placed to reach both the city centre, west end and the south side very easily. It really is a lovely flat and wouldn't take much to make it into a cosy home.

The tenancy runs up mid February but I would hope the agency would write over the lease to you if you wanted.
