THE HOUSE
The property with its own main door is situated on a quiet tree lined conservation area of Glasgow minutes from the beautiful Kelvingrove Park. The building is one of only a few A listed buildings in Glasgow and therefore still has its original features with high ceilings making the place feel very spacious. The building is circa 1850s.

THE LIVING ROOM
There is a 55" Sony 4K LED TV with netflix and also various streaming sites. There is several big comfy leather sofas, a dining table and coffee table. The living room is very large

THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped with everything you might need, there is a big american fridge freezer with ice machine built it. You have use of all of the appliances such as the cooker, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer etc.

BEDROOM
This bedroom is furnished with a luxury pocket sprung mattress bed and 47inch LED TV.

BILLS
All bills are included in your rent. These include council tax, electricity, gas, toilet paper, kitchen things and wireless broadband etc. We also have a cleaner. There is nothing additional to pay.

FLATMATES
All very happy friendly considerate people aged 23 to 42 years of age.

Heart of Finnieston LOCATION
The Scottish Exhibition Centre (SECC) is 5 minutes walk away along with the BBC and STV offices a little further. . The excellent transport links give easy access to the city centre via the SECC train station or from the many buses that travel down Argyle Street. 5 mins on the train or 20 minutes walk.

SUPERMARKETS
2 minute to Sainsburys supermarket, 3 minutes to Roots and Fruits and Tescos supermarket.

ATTRACTIONS
Too many to list, All museums are free in Glasgow, Kelvingrove Art Museum should not be missed and its only 5 minutes away. The SECC, Hydro and Glasgow Science Centre are all very close.

WEST END
There are many fine cafes, restaurants and pubs located literally 3 minutes walk away in the Finnieston area of Argyle Street. There are some wonderful places to eat here with so many options such as Japanese, Korean, Scottish, Italian, Chinese, Asian, Indian and even a well known Vegan bar.
