Big airy flat in a quiet part of the West End

We are two young professionals who are looking for a third working professional, not a student sorry, to fill the spare room in our flat. It is a big airy top floor flat situated just north of the Botanics in a quiet road with free on street parking and no through traffic. We live opposite a park which means we are not overlooked at all yet it is only a 5 min walk to Byres Road.

The room is a large double room with all furniture in place at £450 per calendar month. There is a communal kitchen, living room and bathroom as well as a wee 4th bedroom if you have friends to stay. The bills are £120 a month and they include all council tax, gas, electrical, broadband, phone, sky tv and a cleaner who comes fortnightly. The room is getting decorated at the moment also which means it will be brand new for when you move in! :)

We are two friends from school who both work full time. We are both chilled and enjoy sports, cooking, seeing friends etc - all the usual things pretty much! We are looking for someone who will be respectful to everyone else in the flat and treat the place like a home.
