Two rooms available in a 4 bedroom detached house situated in a modern residential area on the outskirts of Newmains and close to the M8 junction 6 Newhouse. I am a smoker but i dont smoke in the house, Owner occupier. Two separate lounges both with sky tv, conservatory and a good size kitchen/diner with separate utility. Owner has ensuite so housemates would have shared use of the main bathroom between them. The fourth bedroom is currently in use as a study/office with desk and would be available to housemates to use as such. There is also wireless broadband in thee property. I don't go out much and enjoy quiet nights in, i enjoy cooking and reading. I'm looking for housemates that want to live in a clean and comfortable home, who are reliable and respectful of others. You will have the house to yourselves most of the time as i work away.
