The property currently has one tenant who is a 29 year old female who has been a tenant for approximately 2 years and is a very respectable and considerate tenant as well as as an outgoing and sociable individual.

Access to fully fitted kitchen at all times and you have full use of all pots, pans and kitchen utensils etc.

I require somebody who appreciates their space and environment and treats it accordingly with respect to others as well as fixtures and fittings .

There is good onstreet parking available and the local train station is a 2 min walk with frequent and speedy links to the City Centre.

A frequent bus service serves the area with 24 hour service Friday and Saturdays.

Sainsburies and Lidl supermarkets are within a 5 minute walk which other shops locally include Matalan, B and M and Silverburn Shopping Centre is a short walk away or 2 mins by public transport/car.

The area is well served with local food takeaways.
