Double bedroom for rent

I have a choice of a small bedroom (£305) or a large bedroom (£330) available for long term rent. Both rooms are available so it's your choice which you decide. The house is newly refurbished with a new 4 piece bathroom including separate shower.

The house has a garden to the front and rear of the property. The house is located outside a school so parking can be difficult during school hours.

I will only offer the room to someone that is working. I wouldn't want to live with anyone too young or too old so please check my age range criteria. I would accept couples but the price of the room would be higher. I am looking for someone who will share some of the housework. I would live with either male, female or couple and would prefer someone who was sociable and didn't just lock themselves away in their room all the time. Must be a none smoker.

The room comes with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a TV, all you need to do is bring a bed.

The house comes with Sky and Sky Broadband. The sky package comes with movies and sports included.

One final point is that due to my profession, I tend to work very long shifts including late nights at work so the house will be free for your use a lot of the time across the week along with the other housemate.
