Central heating in all rooms Shared kitchen, laundry room in the cellar. Nice decked patio area with gas BBQ, wood burning chimnea and patio seating for eating areas. Clitheroe and Whalley very near by, good access to motorway, train and bus routes, we are looking for a person to fit in our household we all work days and like to relax at the weekend by either eating out or nice meals at home, with the odd meal thrown in, during the summer months usually out and about at the weekends or in Portugal at our other place
We are all quite tidy and respect each others privacy its a very comfortable friendly home, and we have had experience of house guests for sometime now, we find this has worked quite well in fact our previous guests do still keep in touch from time to time which is nice!
Our other house guest is a professional male who is usually here Monday to Friday and the odd weekend is a very keen cyclist, if you require any further info drop me an email.
