the house is a Victorian, 4 storey terrace with double glazing and GCH. The vacant room measures is an attic/studio room and has a double bed and built in furniture. It overlooks Corporation park to the front and open land to the rear. The house has one occupant at present and a female owner who is in residence for 3 months of the year. It is comfortably furnished with a nice kitchen and new bathroom. There is a lounge which has a flat screen tv for common use and a small garden area to the rear. The house has on road parking and is on a bus route although it is only a 10 minute walk into town and is convenient for the motorway network.
The owner loves her home and would like a clean, respectful lodger, preferably vegetarian, who is working and reliable.
