I've just had new double glazed windows installed with lovely stained glass to compliment the wood effect of the rest of the 3 bedroom house.
The house is clean and one bathroom with newly fitted shower.
A brand new complete kitchen dinner has also been installed, making entertainment with friends enjoyable.
A lovely sun-trap garden with nice neighbours and a warm newly decorated living room. Recently added is my lovely and bright conservatory.
I'm looking for an honest person that I feel relaxed around and is conscious of water, gas and electric usage and keep to a minimum.
