Double room with bathroom available near hospital

The available room is a large double room with the use of a bathroom to have sole use of 99% of the time. It would only be used if there were visitors to the house or someone wanted a bath.

My home Is a ten minute walk from Victoria hospital and would be perfect for hospital staff. It's also close to bus routes into Blackpool and Poulton.

You will share a living room with my other housemate which has sky (including movies) in it with a recordable box so you won't miss a program.

All bills included including broadband. I also have a large chest freezer so plenty of storage space for food.

I have a cute little doggy who gets along with everyone so an animal lover is a must. She will greet you and say hello but other than that you won't see her as she does her own thing.

I am currently decorating areas of the property hence the low price for an en-suite room. No loud noise though, just painting and putting down new carpets etc.

I am currently finishing painting my hallway and landings which should be complete in the next few weeks.
