I am looking for a friendly, reliable person or couple.

The room is a lovely double and furnished, with WFI, A double bed.
It is furnished with table, chairs and wardrobe, tv with digital box (extra channels). Please note you are welcome to add to your own furnishings :)
The room is warm and cosy with central heating. The room is situated on the ground floor of the property

You will share the bathroom and kitchen area, and have the use of all facilities, there is an additional lounge area for sharing.

The garden has decking and is lovely during the summer months, with a barbecue area.

You will be close to all transport, but parking is available outside the property, if you drive.

The area has local shops, supermarkets and close to town, parks, doctors and the local hospital.

You must get on well with pets as I have a lovely, adorable, friendly pooch.

I am sociable, easy going, like to cook, like watching great movies, keeping fit, reading, eating out, travelling and like quiet times to:)

You will live with me and my partner, My daughter who is never here, but stays the odd time, we are all busy and often working, so you will have sole use of the house on occasions.

Please note rent for 1 person is £80. 00 payable weekly including all bills.
This does not include food shopping, as you must provide your own food and cooking. Spare cubard in the kitchen and fridge and freezer space for your items :)

A deposit is required to secure your room of £250.

For a couple the rent will be £120 per week, bills included.

I CAN ACCEPT MONTHLY RENT IF THIS IS MORE SUITABLE.
