Lovely 3 bed detached modern house, fully furnished to the highest standard with style, and comes with unlimited wi fi broadband, and Sky HD installed in all rooms. All the bedrooms are double rooms, fully furnished and comes with a tv and sky HD box. The house comes with a spacious modern living room, back garden and carport. There are 3 bathrooms in total, one communal family bathroom shared by only 2 tenants, one bathroom is part of an en suit and there's a utility toilet and sink down stairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine fridge freezer and cooker.

The house is currently occupied by two young males both working full time jobs, and are very easy going and easy to get along with. Everyone is this house hold are nice and have common hobbies & interests ie: sport, football, playing the Xbox, music and socialising at the weekends. This really is an amazing house and a brilliant place to live, I am currently in the military so I have decided to rent out an extra room in my stead, as I no longer have the time to enjoy living there. It really is a bit of a lads pad as in it has all the essential consoles and electronics to do the job. This is a non smoking household however, smokers do live here.

I am very sad to move out and I know who ever sees this place first will definitely want to stay. Rent is only £320 per month or £75 per week which ever you prefer and that includes all bills, this also includes a cleaner who cleans all shared rooms fortnightly, tho she will not enter any of the bedrooms as that is your own personal space. At this price it really is a bargain for the perfect place to live.
