Midweek home from home
I have a very large spare room in my house which has a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, drawers, TV, kettle etc. It is close to the main bathroom which affords almost exclusive use to this room. My home is large, has broadband and it has safe parking and the house is maintained to a high standard. I am looking for a non-smoking, paying guest who requires single occupancy of this large room on a temporary midweek only basis. Included is bed linen and towels and I am happy to launder this regularly.
My guest would be welcome to use my kitchen to prepare meals but I am happy to provide a simple home-cooked meal at extra cost.
A professional who is new to the area or on a temporary contract or a student [perhaps based at Edgehill University] would be great.
I have had paying guests in the past and have always tried to make their temporary stay here welcoming. My most recent guest arrived on Monday evenings and left on Friday mornings but I am flexible over this to an extent.
