We have a furnished single bedroom which has a bed, built in wardrobe, shelves and side cabinet. All bedding is also provided. The main bathroom which has both a bath and separate shower enclosure is shared with 1 other person only.

You are welcome to use the kitchen for any cooking or laundry, and the back lounge is also shared. Pleasant garden.

The house is a beautiful Victorian semi-detached, immaculate, very well maintained and in the village of Caton – a few minutes from the motorway network and Lancaster. There are many local amenities here including a pharmacy, doctor’s surgery, co-op, library, petrol station and 3 pubs. It is also served by a frequent bus to and from Lancaster city centre.

The room is available and is £90per week (£360 a month). All bills are included. There are 3 others living in the house-professional matures.
