Double Room to Rent

I have a double room to rent, it is currently not furnished but I have no problem in furnishing it, shared bathroom, will be getting an overhead shower in soon.

I can somtimes work long hours in manchester and spend a lot of time out of the house so I am very rarely there.

There is unlimited fibre power broadband, no sky but have all the normal stations.
Small shop across the road from the house, Morrisons is a 15 minute walk along with the train and bus station.

On street parking just outside of the house

I am looking for a professinal that is clean and tidy to share this house with as my previous room mate has just moved out.
