House is comfortable and has full amenities with good views. The room available is double, of a good size with plenty of storage space. There is a proviso should a couple wish to rent the room, which is that I will not tolerate arguments - finding them too upsetting, tedious and unhelpful.
The house is on the edge of town but within easy reach of amenities, transport and motorway. I have a large garden growing both fruit and vegetables as well as flowers, shrubs and trees with relaxing areas also.
