Furnished double room for rent

Hi,
I have one spacious double sized room to rent out. It is furnished with a double wardrobe and double bed.

I live in a lovely mid terraced house in a small street. It is deceptively large.

As I mentioned before, it is a big house so there is plenty of space for privacy. I have a front room, a dining/living room and a loft space as well as the bedrooms and bathroom, so you can always find space to be alone if that is what you crave.

It is less than 200yards away from the bus stop and the train station is about 3 miles away.

My house is in the centre of Coppull with shops/pubs within a short walking distance

Chorley/Wigan is a 15 minute bus ride away. And Manchester is only a 25 minute train ride away.

There is a co-op at the end of the road, about 100yrds away and it stays open until 10 at night. Plus there is a great chippy nearby.

There is also a huge 24 hour Tesco a short distance away, a few pubs in walking/stumbling distance, every type of takeaway and I'm situated just off Spendmore Lane.

About me:
I am a 39year old female. I work shifts so am in and out at all times of the day and night. (Obviously, I dont come in crashing about and waking you up though!)

I enjoy going to the gym (although you wouldn't be able to tell looking at me :O)), I love going to the cinema, I enjoy meeting my friends for a drink.

I'm also open to monday-friday lets....
