i am looking for someone to rent the top floor of my house it is essentially 2 rooms .one you could have as a bedroom the other would be ideal for a tv couch table etc. the house is located in a very quiet road just off burnley road it is a two minute walk to the centre. i am looking for someone who is over 25 professional, sensible and respectful and you must be totally trustworthy. all bills are included, there is internet . both rooms downstairs have full tv packages and 42 inch tv, s .you will be welcome to share all rooms , i am just hoping i can get someone who can move in and treat it like home and not a lodger (if that makes sense).i will need references. thank you.
