A good sized double room on offer

Hi, I am 5 mins away from M65 and Darwen town Centre by car, Very close to all amenities ie.. Petrol station, Pubs, Restaurants and Take Aways, including convienient shops and sunbed shop. I am looking for someone who`s quiet and has respect for others. I am an easy person to get on with and friendly.
Although I don`t mind if you smoke or not. I do not allow smoking in my house. I am a smoker, I smoke outside.
The photos don`t show that its furnished but to let you know, It as a large double wardrobe, a 3/4 bed and a 3 draw unit. You`d have to provide your own T. V. Its set up with free Sat.
I also have a cat that roams the house but you can keep your door closed if you wish at all times.
