Large Double Room in Spacious 3 Bed House

Hi, I have a spacious double bedroom to rent in my modern, three bed house. The room will be available from end of march. The house has a living room as well as a large second reception room/ dining room with a pool table. It also has a large kitchen and garden. The bedroom is furnished with lots of storage - large fitted wardrobes and two chests of draws. Rent includes utility bills (gas, electricity, water, TV, internet). I have two very well behaved cats, who spend most of their time outside.

I am friendly, sociable, easy going and respectful of other peoples’ privacy. I enjoy nights in and out with friends and a bottle of wine, eating out and going to the cinema ― all usual stuff really. I’m a teacher so work weekdays and do quite a lot of work in the evenings. I am looking for a housemate who is employed, reliable, friendly and easy going.
