Access to washing machine/dryer. Ample cupboard space, large fridge/freezer. You are free to use our kitchen utensils.

One sunny single room available in this gorgeous quiet 3 bed semi detached house. Has a large garden (which is a real sun trap!- It's south facing), kitchen, sun room and home bar.

Short walking distance from Lancaster University about 20-30 mins walk, near the main road A6 suitable for bus routes (40/41/42) and motorway (junction 33 off M6). 5 mins walk from the canal -great for country walks with wonderful views. Quiet location in the beautiful village of Galgate, South Lancaster.


We are a professional couple who like travelling, walking, watching films, homebrewing and arts & crafts. We also have a well behaved dog and hamsters. We do tend to keep ourselves to ourselves and are out at work during the day.
