You will also have your own living room on the groung floor with central heating and a real open fire. The house has all the usual mod cons, central heating, broadband, etc. There is also a large family kitchen, large bathroom and utility room. There is a cobbled driveway and on the road parking. You will free access to a large garden and patio.

The house will be shared with three children and their father, but the house is large enough to easily live seperately and respecting each others privacy.

This is a lovely friendly neighbourhood and only minutes walk from good restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarket. There is a reliable bus route and easy access to motorways.
