Spare room up for rent within nicely presented 3 bed house. Quiet cul de sac location with off street parking available and pleasant gardens. My partner and i are looking to share our house with a mature professional person, who like us, works hard and appreciates a quiet evening and a good nights sleep. We are very easy going, friendly and cheerful. A clean and tidy house is very important to us, but it is not a show home. We also have two friendly kittens - betty and george. We are smokers but only smoke outside, we ask lodgers to do the same.
We ask for £250 pcm which includes rental of the room which can be part furnished, all bills including internet and home phone. Bathroom, kitchen and lounge areas are communal.
