The room is at the top of the house, one room of a loft conversion, can fit a double bed in, but currently has a single.
I live in the house, sometimes working from home, and/or commuting to work.
I have 2 dogs very friendly, so the tenant must
like dogs and have no pets of their own.

The house is five mins walk from bus stops, and easy walking distance to either Heysham Village or Morecambe.
Ideally located near the power station, so would suit worker.
