Room with en-suite available in modern town house

lovely well maintained fully furnished smallish double room available with en-suite in new modern town house, WiFi access, in Heysham. Close to local amenities, shops, local pub etc. Also close to Heysham Power Station, Port etc. less than 4 minutes drive away. Ideally I would prefer someone to let the room Monday to Friday (e. g. power station contractors etc.), however, this is negotiable for the right person to include weekends. The room has an En-suite bathroom consisting of shower, WC and sink. Clean bedding provided on a weekly basis. Access to kitchen, lounge and garden. I am a professional, working full-time with 2 dogs. I have a clean, tidy, warm and well maintained house looking for someone to let the room as soon as possible. Must like dogs!
